Even though I've never been wild about "networking" perse, I have always loved being in rooms (in real life) with success minded women!  

Being with peers with big goals gave me energy! And the  women became my friends, collaborators on local events and we supported each other-- which expedited our success in the best way! 

 
This is why, 14 years ago when I was a top agent in production,  I created my own monthly women's event. Exclusively for ambitious women.  And get this... the tag line was NO CLIQUES Allowed- ALL Women Welcome! 
 
Did you know sooo many women feared they wouldn't belong? Not at this event, they KNEW they would be welcome, which is why we had 80-102 women each month. Meeting, becoming friends, cheerleaders and clients of each other. It was absolutely magical!
 
When I sold my top team and pivoted to full-time coaching, I created my first epic event exclusively for women realtors called She's Unstoppable LIVE, for which I received a TRENDSETTER award from RIS Media  
 
We had 515 dynamic women realtors, brokers and team leaders in attendance-- sooo much amazingness happened for the attendees (and for me). 

I got the best keynote speakers (who I had an intimate dinner with) Bravo TV's Million-Dollar Listing's star, TRACY TUTOR and Forbes' Richest Self Made Woman in Real Estate, former CEO of Douglas Elliman DOTTIE HERMAN
